Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, COD and purchase orders from established customers.

Terms:

All purchase orders are accepted on open account at the discretion of Associated Theatrical Contractors. Open account terms are Net 10 from invoice date, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Return Policy:

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization # issued by Associated Theatrical Contractors. All returns are subject to a 22% restocking fee. Some items may be non-refundable and is up to the discretion of Associated Theatrical Contractors.

Freight:

UPS, Federal Express and common carrier are used for shipping.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agree to by Associated Theatrical Contractors. Most shipments are prepaid and added to purchasers invoice. When shipping instructions are not give ATC will use its best judgment. Any freight damage claims must be made within 10 days after reciept of product.

Liability:

All products are sold with manufacturesrs warranties. Our liability is limited to these warranties.
